6:30pm (for 7:00pm start) - 9pm

Meditation class can be attended on a casual basis
although more beneficial for your health if attended regularly.

These meditation classes held are for everyone who is interested in learning how to meditate, regardless of background or beliefs.
I utilise guided imagery, which will help you to relax reducing stress and tension both physically and mentally. You will also learn about the chakra system and how to balance your chakras for better health.
You do not need any previous experience to attend these classes
A regular meditation practice has many benefits:

After class, enjoy a chat/discussion with other participants over a cup of tea or coffee

Dress comfortably. People sit on regular chairs or on cushions on the floor, depending on what they prefer.
